Terms of Use

TrendMe is operated by Eduardo Chapa Rodríguez, an individual conducting business in Mexico (persona física con actividad empresarial). TrendMe creates AI-assisted photo and short-video transformations. These terms describe the preview service and planned credit purchases. Purchases remain disabled during setup.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old. Upload only photos of adults with permission from the people depicted and any relevant rights holder. Do not use the service for deception, impersonation, harassment, sexual content, exploitation, or unlawful activity.

AI results

Results are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, distortions or changed likenesses. We do not guarantee any particular visual outcome, exclusivity or intellectual property protection. Review a result before sharing it.

Credits and purchases

One credit is reserved for a photo; 10 purchased credits are reserved for a five-second video. Completed transformations consume the reserved credits. Confirmed failed transformations return those credits. Requests with uncertain provider status may be held for review to prevent duplicate charges. The first verified account for an email receives one free photo credit. Free credits cannot be used for video. Creating multiple accounts to abuse this offer is prohibited.

Displayed credit packs are one-time purchases in US dollars, with no recurring subscription. Credits are assigned after payment confirmation. For billing mistakes or refund requests, contact support with your purchase details. Applicable consumer rights are not waived.

Refunds and cancellation

You can leave checkout before completing payment. Credit packs are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription or recurring renewal to cancel. A returned generation credit is not a refund to a payment card. For a duplicate charge, missing purchased credits or another refund request, contact support with your account email and purchase date. Do not send card numbers. Requests are reviewed individually; this policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Availability

Generation may be paused or limited to control capacity. Download results you wish to keep; long-term storage is not guaranteed. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service.
